Base Package


The prices quoted below are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applicable to all prices at 17.5%.

One off Setting up charge: £35.00
This charge is made to set up your company details on our System.

Minimum Charges for up to first 10 Employees: £20.00 per Payroll Run.

For each additional Employee up to total 50 employees: £1.75 per employee per Payroll Run.
These charges include the following:
  • Registration with the Inland Revenue as an employer, with us as correspondence address, if required.

  • Registration with the government gateway for you to benefit from any financial incentive offered by the Inland Revenue.

  • Payroll service from start to finish including all taxes, additions, deductions and all payment formats. We will supply you with printed standard Pay Slips and reports in PDF format, which you can print for your own records.

  • Starters and Leavers.

  • Full advice on Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Student Loan deductions and Pension deductions etc.

  • Tax and National Insurance summaries and full payment advice service.
  • Full compliance with all the documentation and updated payroll information from the Inland Revenue.

We shall be pleased to provide you with a written quotation for payroll runs of more than 50 employees and other payroll services not included above.

We guarantee confidentiality and we store your records for 3 years in compliance with Revenue requirements.
